The hotel is not responsible if the pet becomes ill, escapes or suffers an accident while on the premises. The guest must present an updated medical certificate that certifies the animal as such.

The guest is responsible for covering 100% of costs related to the repair or replacement of any hotel property that has been damaged by the pet.

Barking or howling is not allowed, especially at night.
