Your check-in will be arranged at the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

A zero-tolerance smoking policy is enforced at Top View Apt at Historical Center. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

For stays longer than 30 nights at Top View Apt at Historical Center, a fair use policy for utilities will apply, with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys at Top View Apt at Historical Center: an additional pair, lost keys, or door opening service is available for 20€.
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).At Top View Apt at Historical Center, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.
