🪪 Also make sure that everyone has their submitted valid ID upon checking in.
Torre de Manila Staycation Reminders:
--No pets allowed
--No smoking / vaping
--No drinking / partying
--Garbage disposal at Level P1 and / or P2 -- please DO NOT leave your garbage or anything outside the unit or in the hallways - for violators, the PMO will impose a fine of about 3,000 pesos (subj to change)
--Sliding doors should be closed before checking out
--Dining area and kitchen counter bar are designated areas for eating and drinking, relax in our sofa but please be careful not to spill drinks and food crumbs onto the sofa and carpet
--When cleaning the non-stick pans, please use the soft part (yellow) of the sponge.
--Please use chopping boards in preparing your food. Please avoid chopping on countertops, plates, pans, table, etc.
--When using the rice cooker and electric water kettle, pull them out a bit to avoid heat and moisture going up the cupboards.
--Please handle with care - the glass sliding partitions between the bedroom and living room and also the sliding door leading to the veranda.
--Standard Check in time: 3:00pm
--Standard Check out time: 12:00pm (strictly followed otherwise late checkout fee of 500 pesos will be deducted from security deposit)
--Smart Door Lock :
- to unlock tap with back of hand to light up the keypad. Then enter 4 digit code then press asterisk (*). You will hear the mechanism turn the lock and keypad will light up again and sound will play - which means you can already open the door.
- to lock, tap with back of hand to light up the keypad. Then a sound will play and you will hear the mechanism turn the lock. Double check by gently pulling down the door handle and see if door is locked.
- Please cover the keypad while inputting your Doorlock PIN for your own security and safety.
--Remote Controls for TV and Living Room Small Fan are on the TV table
--Remote Control for Aircon is beside the light switch on the wall on your right side when you enter the bedroom
--Hot and cold shower is available
--Please avoid cooking food like tuyo, daing and other not so good smelling food. Make sure to switch on the range hood / exhaust when cooking. We advise you to open solid main door and sliding door in veranda to allow proper air ventilation for the smoke and odor to escape the unit (of course, please keep both the veranda screen door and the main screen door closed).
--Please make sure that you come into the unit dry after using the swimming pool.
--Please use the provided rubber sandals whenever inside our condo unit and please do not bring them outside the condo unit. We disinfect and sanitize all the sandals after every use.
--Please bring the valid IDs you submitted in case the lobby guards check on them.
--Please DO NOT Re-arrange the furniture and appliances.
--This is our home and we are sharing it with you. Please take care of it as if you were visiting a friend’s house. Enjoy!

--Note on Swimming Pool use:
Monday to Friday - 200 pesos per guest for swimming pool use (paid directly to condo admin / reception)
Thursdays - Pool is closed for maintenance
Fridays to Sundays (plus holidays) - pool is exclusive to Unit Owners and Long term tenants
