This is not within our property however we would like to make you aware of possible noise during the construction period. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Please note that a mid-week housekeeping service is only offered for stays of 9 or more nights.

The accommodation at Ultra Broadbeach is self-contained and unserviced. Initial provisions supplied include soaps; laundry, kitchen and bathroom, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and toilet paper. These are not replenished during the stay.

Please note that all Visa and Mastercard payments will now incur a surcharge of 1.5% and 3% for all Amex bookings.

Please be advised that renovations are taking place on the upper floor, which will result in noise disturbances between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday, until mid-April. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
