Reception hours: Open from 9am to 12pm and from 4pm to 7pm (until 8pm on Saturdays in July/August).
If you plan to arrive outside reception opening times, please contact the property at least 24 hours in advance to organise check-in. Contact details can be found on the booking. For stays from 1 to 6 nights, bed linen, towels and TV are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. Please note that when travelling with pets, the property can only accommodate one pet at an extra cost of EUR 12 per night upon prior confirmation. All taxes except the city tax which is to be paid at the property. Please note that children up to 18 years do not pay the city tax. A baby kit (baby bed + baby chair + bath) is available subject to availability at reception at the rate of €25/week and €5/day
For stays from 1 to 6 nights, bed linen, towels and TV are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge.
For group bookings (5 units or more) group conditions may apply: prepayment of the total amount at the time of booking and cancellation possible up to 45 days before arrival.
