After booking, the property will contact you to provide a copy of your identification for verification purposes. This must be completed within 72 hours of booking.

Please note that last minute bookings made within 24 hours of the arrival date are subject to a change in arrival time from 15:00 to 18:00.
The property accepts only the number of adults as stated on the booking confirmation.
Any additional guests not confirmed on the reservation will not be accepted.
Each guest will be asked to present a piece of ID upon booking and at check-in.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked not to make excessive noise. A noise policy is in force between 9:00 and 7:00.
Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they arrived.
If you leave the property at a different time than scheduled, namely 10 am on the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will have to pay a reminder fee of 55 €.
If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property.
A penalty fee of 150€ will be applied to your deposit if you smoke in the property.
