Pets are only allowed upon request, and a surcharge applies.

Payment is made in two instalments of 50%, where the first instalment has to be paid within 14 days of receipt of the confirmation.

The second instalment must be paid at the latest six weeks before arrival. Upon arrival within 6 weeks after reservation, the entire amount in one period should be paid within 14 days after reservation.

Upon arrival, within 14 days after reservation, payment must be made via iDEAL.

Costs for kitchen linen and towels are as follows:
- Kitchen linen EUR 7.10 per package
- Towels EUR 8.10 per package
- Bed linen EUR 10.90 per personヘンパーティーやスタッグパーティー（男性または女性同士の独身最後のパーティー）などは禁止されています。

銀行振込による前払いが必要です。予約後に、宿泊施設より銀行振込の方法について連絡があります。
