At Whitesands 501, guests are required to present a photo ID and credit card before check-in. Kindly note that at Whitesands 501, all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

If the property indicates linen is not included, linen packs are available for hire at $45 per King, Queen, or Double pack, and $35 per Single pack. Beds can be made up for an additional $10 per bed. Please contact us to arrange.

By confirming this reservation, you will be required to accept Forster Accommodations rental agreement which will include, the Short Term Rental (STR) Code of Conduct and the applicable Strata By Laws for your property.

We do not allow for schoolies groups or parties of any nature.

Noise is to be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 7amPlease inform in advance of your expected arrival time. At Whitesands 501, you may use the Special Requests box during booking or directly contact the property using the contact details provided in your confirmation.
In case of early departure, Whitesands 501 will charge the full amount for your stay.
At Whitesands 501, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.
Whitesands 501 is situated in a residential area; guests are requested to avoid generating excessive noise.
