Muy bien ubicado, justo al lado de la estación A22 MRT y Laojie River, lo que facilitó mucho el transporte. Habitación amplia y limpia, con camas cómodas y ropa de cama en buen estado. Tenía mini nevera, agua embotellada, hervidor eléctrico, tazas y bolsitas de té. Las lavanderías en los pisos 28 y 30 eran gratis pero había que llevar detergente propio. En el lobby había máquina de café, dispensador de agua y sillas cómodas para descansar. Cerca había tiendas como Poya donde se podían comprar snacks locales como ostras fritas y tofu oloroso.
