Once your reservation is confirmed, Sonder will send you a secure link to collect information about your stay. Sonder may ask you to send a copy of your government-issued photo ID. You will receive check-in information 3 days prior to your arrival.
Sonder provides housekeeping upon request and extends for a small fee. This allows you to fully enjoy your stay in an environmentally friendly way. Housekeeping must be arranged 24 hours in advance on the Sonder app.

After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID. Guests will receive check-in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. This is a central location and prone to noise.
