Please note that additional unregistered guests above the maximum unit occupancy will incur an additional charge of GBP 150 per person.

Please note that an additional charge of GBP 70 will apply for late check out. For each additional hour after the check-out time, there will be an extra charge of GBP 150. Staying over 2 hours will result in a GBP 300 fee.

Please note that for early check-in, the following charges apply:
- GBP 150 from 12:00
- GBP 70 from 13:00
- GBP 50 from 14:00 to 15:00

Smoking on site will incur an additional fee of GBP 800.

Please note that for late check-in, the following charges apply:
- GBP 100 from 19:00 to 22:00
- GBP 150 after 22:00

Please note that illegal drugs are not allowed in the property.

Guests are required to clean the dishes prior to departure. Alternatively, a cleaning service could be charged.

Guests travelling with children must inform the property 24 hours before arrival.

Please note that an additional charge of £50 per hour will apply for check-ins outside of the scheduled hours and £150 per hour for late check-out.

Please note that all guests (including children) need to provide valid identification (ID, government-issued ID, passport, or student ID) before check-in.

The minimum age to stay is 38 years old.

Smoking in the unit will incur an additional charge of £800.

Guests traveling with children must inform the property at least one day before check-in.
