Hostel Policy
- We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in.
- Please note that the property strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 8 people. In case of a group of 4 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behaviour is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.
- Drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property.
- Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in and around the property premises.
Covid Policy
- At the time of check-in, all guests are required to present a negative RT-PCR report not older than 72 hours, or a vaccination certificate (either single or double dose).At Zostel Jaipur, guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Kindly note that at Zostel Jaipur, all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. At Zostel Jaipur, you may use the Special Requests box during booking or directly contact the property using the contact details provided in your confirmation.
At Zostel Jaipur, payment by bank transfer prior to arrival is mandatory. After booking at Zostel Jaipur, the property will contact you with further instructions.
