Hostel Policy
- We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in.
- Please note that the property strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 8 people. In case of a group of 4 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behaviour is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.
- Drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property.
- Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in and around the property premises.
Covid Policy
- At the time of check-in, all guests are required to present a negative RT-PCR report not older than 72 hours, or a vaccination certificate (either single or double dose).客人在办理入住手续时须出示带照片的身份证件和信用卡。请注意：所有特殊要求均视住宿的供应情况而定，也可能收取额外费用。

您须在入住前通过银行转账方式向住宿付款。住宿会在您预订后与您联系并提供关于银行转账的说明。
