Welcome to our apartment!

We're so glad you chose to stay with us. We want you to have a wonderful stay, so here are some recommendations to make sure everything runs smoothly:

Online Check-in (Just a few minutes!).
To comply with regulations, we require you to complete your online check-in before your arrival. This process is super simple and will only require:
In accordance with current legislation (Regulation 933/2021), to access the apartment it is mandatory to complete the online check-in prior to arrival. During this process, we will ask you for:

1. Photo of your ID (DNI or passport).

Please complete check-in at least 24 hours before arrival so everything is ready for you. If it's not completed within this time, we'll unfortunately have to cancel your
reservation (but don't worry, it's a very quick step to do).

2. Important: Make sure the number of people arriving matches the reservation. If there are changes or if someone else joins, please let us know so we can make the
necessary adjustments. We want to make sure everyone is comfortable and properly registered!

3. Tourist Tax (Small but Important):
A tax of €1.10 per person per day (up to 7 days) applies. Children under 16 are exempt. This tax is payable with online check-in.

Safety and Prevention (Your well-being comes first).
- Locking windows and doors: When you leave, remember to lock everything securely for safety.
- Fire Prevention: No candles or fires are allowed inside the apartment. Just lights and peace of mind!

Space Care (We love to keep everything beautiful for everyone):
- Respect for space: Treat the apartment as if it were your own home.
- Waste Management: Use the wastebaskets to keep the place clean and comfortable for everyone.
- Responsible Consumption: Let's conserve resources! Use water, gas, and electricity wisely.
- Guest Policies (For a good coexistence):
- Visitors: For everyone's comfort, we do not allow visitors who are not registered on the reservation.
- Guest Changes: If you need to make any changes to the number of guests, please let us know before your arrival. That way, everything will be ready and organized!
- Rules of Use (To keep everything in its place):
- Ajax Alarm: There is an alarm that measures noise levels (without recording anything). It will help you keep the peace!
- Washing Machine: To avoid disturbing the neighbors, please do not use the washing machine between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
- Comfort: We want you to feel comfortable! If you have any questions or need anything, please don't hesitate to ask.
- Cleaning Policy (We want everything to be perfect for the next guest):
The cleaning fee covers the basics, such as towels, sheets, and general cleaning. If there are any extra details (such as residue in the refrigerator), we ask you to take care of
them for everyone.
Note: €50 penalty if excessive amounts of rubbish or remains in poor condition are left behind.

Noise and Neighbors (Let's keep everyone happy!):
Our neighbors appreciate the quiet, so we ask that you please keep the volume down, especially at night.

Check-out (It's so easy!):
When you leave, please leave the keys in the key box and send us a photo via Airbnb chat to confirm that you've checked out. This way, we can prepare the apartment for the next guests!

Business Billing:
This property does not issue VAT invoices. The invoices issued are VAT-free. If you need more details on this, please contact us before booking.ヘンパーティーやスタッグパーティー（男性または女性同士の独身最後のパーティー）などは禁止されています。
