Description

Transfers from Padre Aldamiz International Airport to the lodge are provided via boat along the Madre de Dios river. Amazon Planet is an ecolodge located in a protected natural area, surrounded by original rainforest and wildlife in their natural environment. The rate includes free airport and river transfers, as well as all meals. Various jungle excursions and adventure activities such as trekking, biking, fishing, and boat rides can be organized. Full program itineraries are available for an additional fee. Guided tours are not part of the package.

The accommodations at Amazon Planet come with private bathrooms and terraces. Daily breakfast features regional products. The on-site restaurant offers a daily menu, and special dietary needs, including vegan and vegetarian options, can be accommodated upon request. The bar provides drinks, snacks, and liqueurs.

There is no Wi-Fi available on the property. Additional program itineraries with excursions, tours, and activities can be arranged for an extra charge. Visitors have the opportunity to meet a native family or community from the jungle.

Sandoval Lake, located in the Tambopata National Reserve, is 10 km away, accessible by a 30-minute boat ride. Capitanía Port is reachable in 1 hour and 15 minutes by boat. Park entrance tickets are not included in the rate.

Tours to the property's rescue center, which houses jungle cats, macaws, tapirs, and monkeys, can be requested. Guests can also learn about various conservation projects, such as the Taricaya turtle project, or visit Sandoval Lake to see giant otters. Free airport and river transfers, accommodation in the selected cabin, and all meals are included in the rate.
