For security reasons and compliance with established rules, we inform you that a surveillance camera is installed in the entrance to the apartment. These devices make it possible to:
- Control the number of visitors in order to respect the maximum capacity of the accommodation, i.e. 2 people maximum.
- Ensure the safety of the premises and its occupants.

We guarantee that these cameras do not cover private spaces or residential areas. The recordings are processed in compliance with current laws regarding the protection of privacy and personal data and are overwritten every 30 days.

In the event of non-compliance, the following measures will be applied:

Immediate notification: Tenants will be informed of the violation and non-compliance with the terms of the contract with a request for immediate departures of unauthorized guests. In case of refusal, management will terminate the reservation and everyone will have to leave the premises immediately.
Removal of the deposit: The deposit will be completely withheld for non-compliance with the rules, i.e. €300.
Intervention of the authorities: In the event of serious disturbances to public order (unauthorized parties, nuisance), the local authorities may be contacted.At Appartement LOVE ROOM LUXE, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.
