Grand Resort Deck will close operations from 18 November 2024 for annual maintenance and will reopen on 18 April 2025.

Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to prepay the full room charges inclusive of service charge and government tax for advance purchase offers, or the first night room charges inclusive of service charge and government tax for other bookings.

All guests must present the original credit card used in booking upon check-in for verification purposes. Hotel reserves the right to reject guest check in without the presentation of original credit card with designated signature.

Up to a maximum of two accompanying children are permitted per suite/villa and must be indicated on the registration form upon check-in.

Please note that reservations may be cancelled in case of submitting invalid credit card.

Please note that the hotel will charge the guest's credit card in MOP instead of HKD.

The check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is 12:00 for villas, while the check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00 for suites.

According to Macau Law No. 16/2021, visitors are required to provide the incoming passenger card issued while clearing immigration. If the card could not be provided, guests are not allowed to stay.

Hotel staying guests could enjoy exclusive free access to Grand Resort Deck (valued at MOP888) – boasting the world’s largest Skytop Wave Pool – which is included in your stay, from the day of check-in to the day of check-out. Passes to access are provided based on the number of paying guests per room. Grand Resort Deck opening hours is subject to weather conditions and seasonal change.

Hotel staying guests could enjoy complimentary admission of 2 hours at Galaxy Kidz Edutainment Center for 2 adults and 2 kids per room per day.
