Therefore, a code to access a key safe will be given to guests on their day of arrival to access the keys. The property is unable to provide the code unless payment is received within a full 48 hours before guests stay.

Pillows, quilts and tea towels are provided. Sheets/bed linen and towels are not included in the price. You can rent them for $15 per person, or bring your own.

Please note that additional cleaning fees may apply if the house is left untidy. All dishes need to be washed and put away and not left in the dishwasher. The BBQ is to be left clean.

Please note that pets can be accommodated, on request. They need to be left outside in the enclosed backyard and extra cleaning fees will be charged if pet hair is found inside.
