The Resort Fee is mandatory for all guests and is to be paid at arrival. It includes use of sports fields and sports equipment, beach services, participation in tournaments and group lessons, Serenino services, SereninoPiù, SerenUp e SerenHappy.

Please note that the Club Card is not included in the total.

Please note that full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival. This does not apply to non-refundable rates. The entire amount of the original booked stay will be charged in the event of early departure.

Small dogs are allowed for a maximum of 10 kg and for a limited number of places on request with a surcharge.

In case of bookings for 10 or more rooms, the reservation will be considered as a Group booking. Therefore, we reserve the right to apply different rates, cancellation policies, and deposit conditions.
