Thank you for booking The 905 Cottage. We are happy to host you.
As hosts, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Rules suck but unfortunately we've had to create some.
CHECK-IN: 4:00 PM
CHECK-OUT: 11:00 AM.
QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Number of guests must match the number of guests on your booking. If they do not we have the right to terminate your reservation and/or charge additional fees.
No Parties, events, or gatherings allowed.
DAY GUESTS: Day guests shall not remain on the premises overnight. We understand you may have a friend or family member visit. Extra person fee may apply for overnight guests not registered.
BOOKINGS OVER 21 DAYS: Mandatory house clean provided every 2 weeks. Notice is given prior to scheduling. May result in cancellation of booking if not scheduled every 2 weeks.
PARKING:
Parking is limited to 3 vehicles and available in the front of the Cottage, near the access ramp leading to the front door. No parking anywhere in the back of the Cottage (towing fees may apply). Should you need more parking, please ask.
ADDT'L PARKING:
Should you need parking accommodations for larger vehicles with trailers or boats, please inquire. We do have parking available at the greenhouse next door. An inquiry MUST be made to allow parking in that area.
NO gasoline, dangerous/toxic chemicals, engines, or motors allowed inside.
FIRE PIT:
Do not leave the fire in the fire pit unattended. Put the fire out once you leave the area. There may be times the fire pit is not available due to the county fire restrictions. You will be notified.
WOOD:
We do have wood available for the firepit $10 a bundle. You are welcome to provide your own.
GRILL:
When not in use, it must remain covered. After each use, close the lid. There are cleaning tools hanging on the stainless steel cart to use after cooking.
PETS:
No pets allowed. Bringing pets into the home will result in automatic eviction without refund.
CHILDREN:
Due to a small pond to the right of the yard and flowing creek behind the lot, all children SHALL be supervised when outside.
TRASH:
ALL trash shall be in a garbage bag and taken to the outside trash can. Our trash company hand picks the trash from the can. We still have the small town vibes. No loose trash! (Additional $25 fee charged if not bagged and/or taken out)
WASHER/DRYER:
Clean out dryer vent after each use. Prop the washing machine door open to air dry, if used. Only use HE detergents.
NO Smoking, vaping, incents, candles, or anything with open flames inside the house. This is a NON-SMOKING rental inside. You may be charged an extra fee.
OUTSIDE SMOKING: Discard butts in smoking receptacle on the back porch. Do not throw them in the yard.
DRUGS: If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
BUGS:
Do not leave the outside doors open. Autumn and spring in the mountains means our climate is ideal for stink bugs. They are harmless, but it’s best to prevent them from getting in in the first place. You can put them in soapy water or take them outside, just don't step on them or you’ll trigger that odoriferous scent. No refunds for "stink bugs" inside.
CAMERAS:
We have a ring doorbell and security cameras at the front door, back door locations and on the greenhouse next door. Tampering or disabling any camera shall result in a $250 fine per incident, per camera. (This includes turning off the Wifi)
LATE CHECKOUT:
You may be charged a $50 fee for every 30 minutes past checkout time, IF, you have not received prior permission for late check-out.
DAMAGES: Guests are financially responsible for any and ALL damages to the property, directly caused by the guests, members of their party, and/or invitees, intentional or unintentional, during their stay. Any and ALL damages, directly caused by the guests and their actions, will be charged through booking.com deposit.
ACCESS: Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner with notice.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
**We highly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance for unexpected circumstances. It's inexpensive and worth peace of mind for things out of your control. If trip insurance is declined, tenant accepts responsibility for loss of rent in case of any unforeseen circumstances**ヘンパーティーやスタッグパーティー(男性または女性同士の独身最後のパーティー)などは禁止されています。
