Fairburn Activity Centre is located in the Strathconon Glen, surrounded by Scottish woodlands, approximately 30 minutes from Inverness. The facility provides limited complimentary Wi-Fi in public areas on the ground floor and offers parking for visitors.

Currently, a variety of outdoor activities are available on-site. These activities are primarily designed for individuals aged 8 and older, although some can be modified for younger participants. In the nearby forest, activities include archery, Jacob's ladder, crate stacking, canoeing on the pond, raft building, laser tag, mini paintball, and bushcraft. It is recommended to reserve activities before arrival; however, the staff will assist if prior booking is not feasible. Please be aware that specific activities cannot be guaranteed unless booked at least two weeks in advance.

The Stables breakfast room serves a buffet-style continental breakfast for all visitors, featuring cereal, toast, pastries, yogurt, and fruit, accompanied by tea, filter coffee, and fruit juice. Additionally, a selection of coffee and other breakfast items, such as filled rolls, can be purchased.

All accommodations, including rooms and glamping pods, are equipped with en-suite facilities featuring hydromassage showers and/or baths. Rooms in the main building are also furnished with a television.
