- Elderly over 65 years old and children from 5-12 years old: 105,000 VND/person/night.

The room rate does not include the cost of using the resort's large swimming pool, electric car shuttle service and beach facilities (canoes, kayaks).

To stay at this property, depending on time and request, guests need to meet one or more of the following conditions: proof of adequate vaccination against corona virus (Covid-19), results recent negative PCR test results for coronavirus, or evidence of recovery from corona virus infection.

We ask you for a deposit of VND 1000000 to prevent damage upon arrival. This amount will be collected by the property in cash. You will be refunded upon check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, but also depends on how much damage you may cause at the property.At FLAMINGOS Villa Happy, payment by bank transfer prior to arrival is mandatory. After booking at FLAMINGOS Villa Happy, the property will contact you with further instructions.
