The minimum cleaning fee is included in the price of the stay. Nevertheless, if it happens that the client has not returned the housing in conditions of cleanliness acceptable by the host (for example internal regulations not respected, extremely dinnerware room, sorting garbage, etc...), the latter reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of up to € 50/ stay. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to respect the places provided to you by the host.

Please note that the property pictures are from three years ago.

Under no circumstances can the property refund consumed nights, unless it is unable to accommodate the guest.

The confidential codes should not be confused with the access codes; the latter will be sent to the guests' Booking.com inbox the day before their arrival.

Rescheduling is possible until 4 PM the day before the guest's arrival.

At GLM GROUPE - GLM Résidences 1, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.

At GLM GROUPE - GLM Résidences 1, guests under 18 may only check in if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
