The price includes The linen for the double bed as well as the towels for this double bed.
However, it is optional for the 2 single beds. A supplement will be requested for any use of single bed linen.

Important Travel Notice
We would like to remind all our travelers that any prostitution activity is strictly illegal and prohibited in our homes. We reserve the right to report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities. Thank you for respecting our rules and helping to maintain a safe and legal environment for all our guests.

- Smoking is strictly forbidden in the accommodation: 100€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.

- Return the accommodation in a suitable condition;

- The fridge must be emptied on departure: 20€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.

- Dishes must be washed and put away: 20€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.

- Garbage cans must be emptied (see location of rubbish bin/containers in the welcome booklet: 20€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.

- Close windows on departure;

- Do not damage, break or steal anything;

- Maximum departure time 11 a.m., unless otherwise specified. Any departure after the arrival of the cleaning service will incur a 50€ deduction from the security deposit.

- Avoid noise after 10 p.m. to respect the neighbors;

- It is forbidden to sleep in a bed without complete bed linen (pillowcases, comforter cover, sheet). 50€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.


Please validate the deposit before 7pm on the day of arrival to guarantee access to the accommodation.
