This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. 2/ Winter reservations between 01 November and 31 March, longer than 31 nights in duration receive a special discounted rate and DO NOT include utility bills such as electric and water or weekly linen changes.
