We would like to remind all our travellers that any prostitution activity is strictly illegal and forbidden in our accommodation. We reserve the right to report any suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities, and the deposit will not be refunded.

- Return the accommodation in a suitable condition;
- The fridge must be emptied on departure: 20€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.
- Dishes must be washed and put away: 20€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.
- Garbage cans must be emptied (see location of rubbish bin/containers in the welcome booklet: 20€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.
- Close windows on departure;
- Do not damage, break or steal anything;
- Maximum departure time 11 a.m., unless otherwise specified. Any departure after the arrival of the cleaning service will result in 50€ being deducted from the security deposit.
- To respect the neighbors, please avoid noise after 10 pm;

❗Important: Make sure to validate the deposit before 7 p.m. on the day of your arrival to obtain access to the accommodation.
