Arrival times are strictly from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Please ask the property manager in advance about the possibility of arriving outside these hours. If you do not arrive between these hours, access to your room will not be guaranteed. In particular, late arrivals after 10 pm without prior notice and agreement of the property manager may be reported as no-shows.

Check-out times are strictly until 11am. Please ask the property manager in advance about the possibility of a late check-out. Late departures may be charged a surcharge of €3 per 15 minutes after 11:00 am, up to a maximum surcharge of €24.

The property provides 1 pair of disposable plastic cutlery per day and a microwaveable tray free of charge for guests who wish to bring their own food and eat in the communal dining area.
Additional pairs of disposable plastic cutlery or requests to wash the microwaveable tray or your own cutlery are available for an additional charge of €2 per pair.

Please note that the facility has a narrow, unpaved driveway that is not suitable for trucks.

Reservations at the non-refundable rate are, as the name suggests, non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to for example; if you are sick, injured, or have any other impediment to traveling, cancellation or rescheduling of an event for which the reservation was made, transport disruption (air flight postponed or canceled, SNCF train strike, car accident), etc. However, in very limited cases of force majeure, you may still be reimbursed at the non-refundable rate. These very rare instances may include; declared public health epidemic situation such as COVID, military operation or other conflict, large-scale breakdown of essential services or natural disasters. For this reason, customers are asked to think carefully before deciding and booking between the refundable and non-refundable rates.At Le Pontet, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.
