We would like to inform you of certain measures we have put in place regarding energy costs. To ensure responsible use of electricity, we will take an EDF meter reading each time you enter the apartment.
Average consumption is less than 13 kWh per day for two people. We will use this reference to calculate the differential consumption during your stay.
If your consumption exceeds this average, we will ask you to pay the difference at the rate of €0.22 per additional kWh.
Payment will be made by check or cash upon leaving the premises. An invoice can be sent to your email box upon simple request.
We would like to point out that this measure is mandatory and must be expressly accepted by you. If you do not agree with this energy consumption policy, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to continue the rental.
When you arrive, we will sign the meter reading together.
