Welcome to our Senior Service Residence!

Living at Villa Médicis in Saint-Laurent-du-Var means embracing the sweet moments of life in a friendly, elegant, and secure environment that turns aging into a beautiful adventure.

Nestled in a seaside resort on the stunning Côte d’Azur, the Villa Médicis Residence brings joy to nature lovers, offering a privileged lifestyle in a vibrant city. You’ll be just a stone's throw from a plethora of shops, public transport, and only 6 minutes from Saint Laurent du Var Port and Nice Côte d’Azur Airport.

Our apartments come with a TV, fully equipped kitchen (yes, there’s a microwave and fridge), and a private bathroom featuring an Italian shower. Some units even have a lovely balcony. Don’t worry about linens; we provide bed sheets and towels!

Due to the current health crisis, our communal spaces are closed to the public and accessible exclusively for our residents.

The Villa Médicis service group is a family story that began over 30 years ago and now boasts 9 establishments across France.
