Reservation and Payment: All reservations must be made in advance through our official booking platform. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Reservations can be canceled up to 1 day before the check-in date.

Cancellation Policy:Cancellations made at least 1 day before check-in will receive a refund, unless you selected the discounted non-refundable type. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.

Security Deposit:A non-refundable deposit of $750 is required for reservations with a duration of one day.The security deposit will be refunde after check-out, subject to property inspection for condition or damages.

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age for guests making one-day reservations is 25 years old.Property Rules:Guests are expected to adhere to all property rules and guidelines provided upon check-in.

Any damage caused to the property or its contents will result in charges against the security deposit or additional fees.Check-In/Check-Out:Check-in time is 3pm, and check-out time is 11am.

Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Occupancy Limits: The maximum occupancy for each accommodation type is clearly specified. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or eviction without refund.

Incidentals and Additional Charges:Guests are responsible for any incidental charges, damages, or fees incurred during their stay.The property reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for any outstanding balances.

Pets and Smoking: Pets are not allowed on the premises.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.

Liability: The property is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their personal property during their stay.

Indemnification: Guests agree to indemnify and hold the property harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from their stay.

Modification of Terms: The property reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By making a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
