Guests will receive a rental agreement via email, which must be agreed up to 14 days prior to arrival.

If these rules are broken, guests will be asked to leave immediately by security who operate 24/7, and no refund will be offered.

Please note this is a non-smoking property. Guests who smoke in the property will be subject to an additional fee.

Extra person fees will apply if more people stay than stated in the original booking.

Please note the £35 per hour Late Checkout Fee. If the guest gives short notice of a late check-out, or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site but unable to proceed with cleaning, due to a guest remaining at the property, a £35 per hour late check-out fee will be incurred in addition to the cleaning fee.

- Quiet hours after 11PM. Breach of quiet hours will result in a fee
- Strictly no stag or hen parties
- Strictly NO smoking inside the property (Full deposit will be forfeited and additional fee will be incurred if signs of smoking have caused damage)
- A list of rules for waste management will be provided upon access. If this was not followed, a fee will be charged
- Standard Late Checkout Fee will be charged for approved late check-outs.
