Please note that the resort is on an island and it is inconvenient to access by wheelchairs.

The resort is accessible only by boat. Guests are suggested to take a taxi to Ao Nam Mao Pier or Railay Beach to take ferry service.

Please note that the resort offers a free shuttle boat service from Ao nam mao pier to the resort and from resort to Ao nam mao pier. Guests are kindly requested to inform the resort in advance if they wish to make use of this service.

Schedules for the shuttle boat between the hotel and Ao nam mao are as follow:
From the hotel to Ao nam mao: 09:30, 11:30, 13:30
From Ao nam mao pier to the hotel : 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 17:30.

Start from 1th November, 2023 it will have additional charge for a shuttle boat THB 100 per person.

On the way to come to the resort from Ao nam mao pier, please always wait for the boat at the end of the long rubber bridge and seek the boat name “Railay Great View”. In case of bad weather or large waves, the boat will not be operated. Please reserve the seat at the front desk 30 minutes prior to the traveling time. Guests who wish to use the shuttle service outside of the time schedule above can arrange the service at the front desk at additional charges.
