Guests staying longer than one week can renew their choice of services at the reception at the end of each week.

Prices include : Accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat + dish towel), cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning fee (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access (maximum of 5 devices to browse, read e-mails and research), charges and taxes (except city tax and handling fees).

Please note that guests must clean the kitchenette before departure.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.

Please note that any modification may incur a fee.

Please note that credit card is the only accepted method of payment.

If you want to modify or cancel your reservation just you will put you in touch with BOOKING Customer Service.

Reminder : If you have booked a "Non-refundable" rate, the stays booked are neither exchangeable, nor refundable, nor modifiable.

No request for modification or cancellation will be taken into account.

Reception hours: Sunday to Friday: 09:00-12:00, 16:00-19:00 and Saturday: 09:00-12:00, 15:00-19:00. Reception located in the "Mimosas" building at 14 avenue de la Rostagne - 06160 Juan les Pins.

- All pets staying at this property must have up-to-date vaccinations for (rabies/etc.).
- Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of €12 per day, per pet.
