ROOMS
When booking a Double/Twin Room, keep in mind that you may be placed in a 4 to 6 bed dormitory. The remaining (bunk) beds will be exclusively reserved for you and your party.
AMENITIES
Note that beds are not made up prior to your arrival, except for Comfort Double Rooms. However, bed linens will be provided, and guests are expected to make their own beds upon checking in.
Towels are included only in Comfort Double Rooms and Family Rooms. You can bring your own towels or rent them for a fee of EUR 3.50 each.
GROUP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reservations for 21 people or more per night (1 or more reservations under the same name) are considered group reservations and subject to different conditions. Group bookings can only be made directly through the hostel. Please contact the hostel for assistance. Stayokay reserves the right to cancel group reservations.
MAXIMUM LENGTH OF STAY
The maximum length of stay is 7 nights. This applies to both single and multiple reservations exceeding 7 nights.
CASHLESS
This is a cashless accommodation. Payments can be made contactless using all major bank and credit cards. Cash payments are not accepted at the property.
