The Sheldon is tucked away on a peaceful side street right in the heart of Eastbourne. With free onsite parking (height limit of 1.9 meters), you can easily stroll to all the main attractions, which is a big plus.

Every room comes with complimentary WiFi, so you can stay connected effortlessly. Our dining room is open now with a cozy, limited hot menu that’s perfect for a hearty breakfast or a light snack. You’ll find tea and coffee-making facilities in your room, a refreshment tray, eco-friendly Crystal Cole toiletries, and satellite TV for your entertainment. And for those sensitive noses, all bedding is low allergy!

All our rooms come with private en-suites, giving you that extra bit of privacy. Plus, we’re proud to be certified "plastic-free"! Our cleaning products are probiotic, chemical-free, and environmentally friendly, and our welcome toiletries are vegan and plastic-free too.

Important information

Some rooms may not be suitable for cots, please check at time of booking. There are 11 steps to the front door, which may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Once inside there is a lift to floors 1 and 2. Parking is suitable for vehicles up to 1.90 metres, vehicles that can't use the parking will have to park on street. *On-line check-in must be completed prior to arriving. There is no facility to check in after 22:00 and keys must be handed into reception no later than 10.30 on day of departure. There must be 1 responsible adult aged 18 or over in each room. The Sheldon cannot take DSS or unaccompanied children under any circumstances.
