- Smoking is strictly forbidden in the accommodation: 100€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.
- Return the accommodation in a suitable condition;
- The refrigerator must be emptied on departure: 20€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.
- Dishes must be washed and put away: 20€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.
- Garbage cans must be emptied (see location of rubbish bin/containers in the welcome booklet: 20€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.
- Close windows on departure;
- Do not damage, break or steal anything;
- Maximum departure time 11 a.m., unless otherwise specified. Any departure after the arrival of the cleaning service will result in 50€ being deducted from the security deposit.
- Avoid noise after 10 p.m. to respect the neighbors;
- It is forbidden to sleep in a bed without complete bed linen (pillowcases, comforter cover, sheet). 50€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.
-We would like to remind all our travelers that any prostitution activity is strictly illegal and prohibited in our homes. We reserve the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities and will result in the collection of the entire deposit.

Please note that guests must validate the deposit before 19:00 on the day of arrival to obtain access to the property. After 7 PM. the property's staff will no longer be able to provide access to the accommodation if the security deposit has not been validated upfront.ヘンパーティーやスタッグパーティー（男性または女性同士の独身最後のパーティー）などは禁止されています。
