At Weekly Villas, we offer you the best value for money, paying only for the services you need. Our basic rate includes all the essentials, but you can add additional services at the following costs:

Payment Methods: Visa credit card (3% commission) or bank transfer.

Refundable Damage Deposit: 1000 euros refundable 8-14 days after Check-Out.

Tourist Tax: 1 euro per adult over 16 years old per day, for the first seven days.

Cleaning Costs:

Stays up to one week: 400 euros at the end of the stay.
Two weeks: Intermediate cleaning (2 hours, 2 people) 80 euros; final cleaning 400 euros.
Three weeks: Two intermediate cleanings at 80 euros each; final cleaning 400 euros.
One month: Three intermediate cleanings at 80 euros each; final cleaning 400 euros.
Weekly Stay Costs: Supplement of 250 euros for water, electricity, and gas in low season (10/15 to 04/15), based on actual consumption.

Monthly Stay Costs: 800 euros for water, electricity, and gas, based on actual consumption.

Special Monthly Rates in Low Season: Discounts for stays of 1 to 5 months from October to April.

Late Arrival:

20:00 to 24:00 hours: 45 euros.
From 24:00 hours: 70 euros.
Sunday or holiday: 50 euros.
Cancellations: No charge if canceled within 24 hours after booking.

Conditions for Children and Extra Beds:

Children of any age allowed.
Children 2 years old or younger free.
1 crib available free for a child 2 years old or younger. Second crib costs 100 euros.
