GuestReady - Khaki Roof, Vila Nova de Gaia

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

A zero-tolerance smoking policy is enforced at GuestReady - Khaki Roof. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

For stays longer than 30 nights at GuestReady - Khaki Roof, a fair use policy for utilities will apply, with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys at GuestReady - Khaki Roof: an additional pair, lost keys, or door opening service is available for 20€.

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).At GuestReady - Khaki Roof, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.
Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. At GuestReady - Khaki Roof, you may use the Special Requests box during booking or directly contact the property using the contact details provided in your confirmation.
At GuestReady - Khaki Roof, guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Kindly note that at GuestReady - Khaki Roof, all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
At GuestReady - Khaki Roof, payment by bank transfer prior to arrival is mandatory. After booking at GuestReady - Khaki Roof, the property will contact you with further instructions.
